How we sourced this

We use a cite-and-link approach: we describe recurring patterns and link to the public listings they come from (BBB, Google, Healthgrades, and similar). We do not republish full reviews. Short quotes, where used, are brief and attributed to their platform. A pattern is only shown when it appears across multiple independent listings — never a single review presented as representative.
